Our
largest vertical CNC mill has travels of 64" x 40" x 30" (x,
y and z). It also has fast 10,000 rpm spindle and huge 50
taper tools! We have this machine in our crane bay to efficiently
move our customer’s larger work in and out of the machines.
Our Toyoda has a 30" + work cube / work envelope with
multiple sets of pallets for quickly clamping/ fixturing
large parts.
Machine
work for aerospace, automotive, electronic enclosures,
mold work--we can do it! We can also modify supplied enclosures
and castings made from aluminum, stainless, steel, plastic,
etc. We have also cut and modified many HUGE parts on
our laser, especially enclosure modifications saving our
customers more costly CNC machining operations!
