Our largest vertical CNC laser metal cutting machine has travels of 64" x 40" x 25" (x, y and z). It also has fast 10,000 rpm spindle to quickly machine solid models with pin point precision and huge 50 taper tools! Our large part CNC production machining equipment is located in our crane bay to efficiently move our customer’s large parts in and out of the machines.
Our Toyoda has a 30" + work cube / work envelope with multiple sets of pallets to quickly clamp/ fixture and machine solid models as well as large part machining pieces.
We do CNC laser cutting and precision production machining work for aerospace, automotive, electronic enclosures, mold work--we can do it! We can also modify supplied enclosures and castings made from aluminum, stainless, steel, plastic, etc. We have also cut and modified many LARGE parts with our CNC laser, especially enclosure modifications saving our customers more costly CNC machining operations!
