Actually it's more than $1 million we've invested in CNC
punches and CAD/CAM systems. This accounts for the accuracy
of our custom chassis, rack panels, rack enclosures, flat
panel and monitor enclosures, brackets and front panels and
many other parts for military and commercial customers.
It's an attitude.
Our CNC punching experience goes back to the 1970's. In
that time, we've amassed an inventory of over 1500
tools (rectangles, squares, rounds, obrounds, connector
punches, etc.). Chances are we'll have the tooling
you need. We can also shear (1/4" thick to 10'
long), and form (10' long, 137 tow). Our brakes are
accurate and CNC controlled. This means consistent
bending. We can also roll (5' x 3/8" thick) material.
